Managed Assigned Counsel

The Wexford-Missaukee County Indigent Defender program MACC is now accepting applications for
attorneys interested in providing legal representation to indigent defendants within Wexford and Missaukee
Counties between 10/01/2026 - 9/30/2027. This includes representation in misdemeanor, low-severity
felony, high-severity felony and capital cases. So long as contact with client is maintained, our Wexford
and Missaukee Judges, are typically accommodating in using Zoom for non-evidentiary hearings.
