The Office of the St. Clair County Public Defender seeks Roster Attorneys of All

Skill Levels for Our Conflict Panel.

Qualified Candidates will be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan,
must complete 12 hours of Continuing Legal Education Annually, and maintain
liability insurance.

Misdemeanor Cases $128.00 Per Hour
Felony Cases $141.00 Per Hour
Capital Cases $154.00 Per Hour
